- Bolaji is a graduate of University of Ilorin with a BSc degree in Geography and has attended courses in anti-money laundering, combating the finance of terrorism, SEC rules and relationship management. He is a full member of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN) and a Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) sponsored individual.
- He has experience in relationship management in the capital market which spans over 17 years, having started his working career as an educator at the prestigious Basaura Institute of Comprehensive Education (BICE) in Birnin-Kebbi State, sales executive in SMT Properties, an estate management firm in Lagos and acted in different capacities at Afrinvest West Africa Ltd.
- He was the Chief Commercial Officer of Zitra Fund Managers Limited and Head Business Development prior to joining Gresham Asset Management Limited as Senoir Compliance Officer.
