Mr. Samuel Idowu Ayininuola obtained a Bachelors Degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Ile- Ife in 1976, a Masters Degree in Business Administration (Management) from the University of Lagos in 1985. Mr. Samuel has over three decades of experience that spans through Accounting and Taxation. Prior to his appointed as Director in 2010, he was the Managing Director/CEO of Energy Commercial Bank Ghana from April 2010-March 2015.
Mr. Ayininuola is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA) and also Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (FCIT).
He served as Executive Director (Management Services) and later (Risk Management & Control) with Union Bank of Nigeria plc. Mr. Ayininuola has been Chairman of Tripple Gee & Company Plc since September 2012 and has been its Director since May 1990. He had many years of successful banking career with both NAL Merchant Bank Plc and RIMS Merchant Bank Limited.
